Esomeprazole magnesium
Prescription esomeprazole is used to treat the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), a condition in which backward flow of acid from the stomach causes heartburn and possible injury of the esophagus in adults and children 1 year of age and older.
Lansoprazole sodium
Used for indigestion, heartburn, acid reflux, and gastroesophageal-reflux-disease (GORD). Lansoprazole is also taken to prevent and treat stomach ulcers.

Pantoprazole is used to treat damage from gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), where backward flow of stomach acid causes heartburn and possible injury of the esophagus in adults and children 5 years and older.
